Hear These Great messages from:

Rachael Carman – Me? Homeschool?

In this presentation Rachael discusses with great candor how she and her husband came to the decision to homeschool their children. This is great encouragement and inspiration for families trying to decide whether or not to homeschool and for those in a difficult first or second year.

Davis Carman – Give Me One Good Reason to Homeschool

Are parents really qualified to teach their children everything? What about socialization? These are just a couple of the concerns that make homeschooling seem impossible. But you know homeschooling is continuing to grow. More and more families are considering it and taking the plunge. What are the top reasons? In this session, Davis discusses the moral, academic, and practical reasons to homeschool, and helps dispel the myths we all tend to believe. When you finish this workshop, you will know that if there was ever a time to homeschool, it is now.

Parking information – If you’re just coming for the evening, parking in the Lansing Center Lot is recommended… cost is $6/entry. (The Lansing Center lot can be accessed as you’re heading south on Cedar St. or from underneath off Michigan Ave.) If you are staying overnight at the Radisson Hotel, valet parking there is recommended. Just pull up to the door and valets will park your car for you, at the greatly discounted rate of $5. (Be sure to tell them you’re with INCH.) Then you can walk across the indoor skywalk that connects the Radisson to the Lansing Center.
